'Thank you so much for the Opera-Gram for Trev's birthday. You were fantastic and everyone was very impressed with you. The whole party went extremely well, chucking out time about 3.30! But we think the real icing on the cake was your appearance. It was such a surpise for everybody and however much he appeared to take it in his stride, Trev was very impressed.
