How do Auracle Music personalized singing telegrams work?
With one phone call and 5 minutes of your time you will design a meaningful and unforgettable gift that will be remembered forever!

When you call to order your Auracle Music Singing Telegram, information about the person whom the telegram is for will be collected from you. You may include comical, embarrassing, romantic references, or anything else that will make it memorable for the recipient.  Once that is done, the information given will be incorporated into an existing or newly created song.

Who are the singing telegram performers?

How far in advance of my event must I make my booking?
The more advance notice you give us the more specific and elaborate the telegram can be, but don't hesitate to call at the last minute because we have a wonderful standard service, or else, we may even be able to dispatch a very interesting character that is already in the field on that day for your event.

What are my options for choosing a song, costume and character?
Choose from any song, any character you can imagine or one of our specials, or our standard service.

Do singing telegrams include musical accompaniment?
Yes, they certainly can, and they usually do! Depending upon the song, choice of performers and your preference, singers can perform their own accompaniments on guitar/ukulele and/or using pre-recorded backing tracks with a portable battery-operated sound system.

My event is located outside of the London area. Do you service other cities?
Yes, sometimes. Although we normally provide delivery to the Greater London area, we do, on occasion, have performers who are located in or able to travel to other cities in the UK and Europe. This will normally incur an additional surcharge for travel and, where necessary, hotel accomodation.

Options for payment include most major credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal (via our secure online payment system).

We strongly recommend that you e-mail/phone us before simply paying online, as we often run specials that can save you money, which our online system might not understand, and because there can sometimes be additional charges for late night or out-of-area deliveries, which are not reflected on our system. Our representatives can assist you with how to make your payments online through our system, or else, you can simply e-mail or phone in your card details while/after talking or e-mailing with one of our representatives.


Terms & Conditions of Service

1) In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking by the booking client at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of the event, refunds shall be in the amount of 100% of any agreed upon fees for the service. Refunds for cancellations made by the booking client less than two weeks but at least two days prior to the scheduled date of the event shall be in the amount of 50% of any agreed upon fees for the service. Refunds for cancellations made by the booking client less than two days prior to the scheduled date of the event shall be offerred at the discretion of Auracle Music Ltd.

2) Bookings shall be considered confirmed when the booking client provides Auracle Music Ltd with his/her payment credit card details, when the booking client completes a PayPal payment to Auracle Music Ltd (howard@auraclemusic.co.uk), or upon receipt of the booking client's cheque payable to Auracle Music Ltd. Prior to confirmation, bookings shall be considered as "preliminary" and shall not be subject to cancellation provisions listed in the aforementioned paragraph 1. Auracle Music Ltd shall make its best efforts to provide the booking client with written confirmation of received payments made by PayPal and/or cheque. Credit card payments are considered confirmed at the time that card details are furnished by the booking client in writing or by telephone to Auracle Music, Ltd.

3) Credit card payments will not normally be processed until the day of the event. In the unlikely event of a declined card or other problem that prevents card transactions from being completed, Auracle Music Ltd shall make its best efforts to contact the booking client in order to secure alternate forms of payment, however Auracle Music, Ltd reserves the right to cancel at its discretion bookings where credit card payment transactions are unable to be completed prior to the event.

4) The booking client shall be responsible for ensuring in advance that permission is granted by venue for performance of the booked singing telegram. Auracle Music Ltd shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver the singing telegram where the venue refuses permission for such a delivery.

5) Auracle Music Ltd shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver the singing telegram where the designated recipient is not present at the venue or unavailable to receive the singing telegram at the agreed upon scheduled delivery time. Auracle Music Ltd shall normally wait for up to one half hour from the scheduled delivery time for the designated recipient to arrive at the venue or to make him/herself available to receive the singing telegram, after which time, Auracle Music, Ltd reserves the right to consider the delivery attempt as having been made. In such circumstances, the booking client is liable for the full cost of the booking.

6) Any contract or agreement negotiated between the booking client and Auracle Music, Ltd shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions of Service unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

7) Force Majeure: Auracle Music, Ltd cannot be held liable or accountable for acts of nature, terrorism or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, failures and/or delays affecting public transport services.

8) By booking a singing telegram with Auracle Music, Ltd, the booking client is affirming to the Terms & Conditions of Service as aforementioned.

9) Auracle Music, Ltd will never pass or distribute any clients’ personal or financial information to any third party as in compliance with the 1984 & 1998 UK Data Protection Acts.
